Home Owners Association From Hell

You have to read this story. This guy's Home Owner's Association allowed parking rules to be added that includes immediate booting of wheels on cars without passes, cars that have a tire that touches the parking line, etc.

This guy has taken them on and is beating the security company at their crazy game. He's done some pretty hilarious stuff to rub it in the nose of the security company. The boot happy security company doing this has quite the racket going. I think this guy lets the HOA off too easy though.
